By registering, checking the acceptance box, and/or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not register or use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your place of residence to use the Platform. It is your responsibility to confirm that your use of the Platform is lawful under the laws that apply to you before you register.
The Platform provides an account, referral, and wallet system, including features such as deposits, withdrawals, a referral/genealogy structure, and level-based income. Participation involves financial risk. Amounts deposited are not guaranteed, and any income, bonus, or return displayed on the Platform is not a promise of future results.
Nothing on the Platform constitutes investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether participation is appropriate for you and for complying with any laws that apply to you, including registration, licensing, tax, and reporting obligations in your jurisdiction.
Deposit and withdrawal requests are subject to review and approval, processing fees as disclosed in the Platform, and any limits, holding periods, or caps described in your account or dashboard. We may decline, delay, reverse, or request further verification for any transaction at our discretion, including where fraud, error, or a violation of these Terms is suspected.
Referral, level, and binary income features depend on the activity of the network you and your referrals build and on account status (e.g. active/inactive, earning caps). These features may be modified, capped, paused, or discontinued at any time, and past structure or payouts are not a guarantee of future structure or payouts.
You may not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to circumvent any law or regulation that applies to you or to the Platform, to misrepresent your identity, or to interfere with the Platform's operation or other users' accounts.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate any account that violates these Terms, that is used for fraudulent or unlawful activity, or where required by applicable law or a competent authority.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss (including loss of funds, income, or data) arising from your use of the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
